Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 20 December 2017 that, on that date, David John Kilgour, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased through his SIPP 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr. Kilgour's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the voting share capital of Driver Group.
