Board Changes

Hugh Cawley appointed as Group Finance Director

Driver Group, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hugh Charles Laurence Cawley, 59, as Group Finance Director with effect from 22 August 2016. Damien McDonald, the existing Group Finance Director, will be leaving the Group, but will remain in the business until 30 September 2016 to ensure a smooth transition of duties.

Hugh Cawley, FCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive public company experience with an emphasis on businesses facing a major strategic challenge or undergoing significant corporate change. His public company executive roles have included spells with S Daniels PLC, Dawson Holdings PLC, Office2Office plc and, most recently, Progility plc.

Commenting on the Board Changes, Gordon Wilkinson, Group Chief Executive, said:

Hugh will be based at our London, Cannon St. office.

The following items fall to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules for Companies in respect of Hugh Cawley's appointment:

Hugh holds or has within the past five years prior to the date of this announcement held directorships of the companies specified below.

Hugh has been a director of the following companies which have been placed into administration or examinership whilst he was, or within 12 months of being, a director:

· Surridge Dawson Ltd, a subsidiary of Dawson Holdings plc, went into administration in August 2009 following the Office of Fair Trading Opinion which saw competition in newspaper and magazine distribution reduce from three national players to two.

· William Sinclair Holdings plc was placed into administration in July 2015, two months after Hugh's resignation as a non-executive director

· Petroceltic International plc entered examinership under Irish law in April 2016 at which time Hugh was a non-executive director of the company. In June 2016 the examiner approved the sale of Petroceltic to its principal minority shareholder, Worldview Economic Recovery Fund.
