Appointment of an additional non- executive director

Driver, the global construction consultancy, is pleased to announce that Colin Davies (aged 53) has accepted an invitation to join the board as an additional non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect from 1 June 2011.

Mr Davies, a Chartered Certified Accountant, commenced his business career with Midland Bank in 1977 followed by a period with the Department of Trade and Industry and then Grant Thornton. He was Chief Executive and subsequently Corporate Finance Director of Graystone Plc between 1992 -1995 and Chief Executive of Hallmark Industries from 1995-1998. He has been a non-executive director of several companies, including Floors 2 Go Plc and Mount Engineering Plc until their takeovers in 2007 and 2010 respectively. He continues to be an investor in and non-executive director of several private companies.

His directorships in the last five years are as follows:

Mr Davies was a director of Interlink Foods from its inception and continued as a director during its administration in 2007 following which he was instrumental in its sale to MC Cambridge, an Irish Foods group.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
