Driver Group plc12 January 2006 DRIVER GROUP PLC ("Driver Group") MAJOR CONTRACT AGREEMENT IN ABU DHABI Driver Group, which provides specialist commercial, project planning and disputeresolution services to the construction industry, announces that it hasconcluded a significant agreement in Abu Dhabi with an international EngineeringConsultancy. Under the terms of the agreement, Driver Group will be providingcommercial and project planning services in connection with a US$14.7bn propertydevelopment in Abu Dhabi. The contract is for an initial three years and willsupport a minimum of six consultants, potentially increasing to 15 consultantsover the term of the agreement. With the minimum resource level of sixconsultants, this project should make a significant contribution to securingDriver Group's forecast profit for its operations in the United Arab Emiratesfor the financial year to 30 September 2006. The mixed use property development includes signature commercial buildings,retail, leisure, health and community facilities. At this stage, Driver Group isunable to name the project or client as the agreement contains expressprovisions for confidentiality.
