Chairman, Michael Davis, will make the following comment ontrading, "As I noted in my statement in the Group's Annual Report, Driver's profile hasincreased significantly following its admission to AIM in October 2005 and ourenhanced profile is already providing benefits in attracting additional clientsand experienced consultants. Our new contract agreement in Abu Dhabi, which we announced in January, toprovide commercial and project planning services on one of the largestconstruction projects in the world reinforces our view that there are excellentopportunities for us in the UAE. This major agreement also reflects the highquality reputation we have established in the UK, where our clients include sixout of the 10 largest UK construction companies.
