CONFIRMATION OF RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Diploma PLC, having previously announced on 30 May 2013 the retirements of Ian Grice and John Matthews as Non-Executive Directors of the Board of Directors of Diploma PLC, today confirms that both of these retirements are effective from 30 September 2013.

There have been no payments made to either Director on their retirement from the Board.
