AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of dotDigital Group Plc ("dotDigital" or the "Group"), the leading digital technology company,Frank Beechinor-Collins, Chairman, will make the following statement at the meeting later today:

"Business growth continues apace in the current period following a tremendous financial year for your Company which saw sales up almost 50% to £9m and underlying profitably increasing 68% to £2.3m.

"One of our objectives this year is to continue inwardly investing to enable the business to maintain its growth trajectory through a phased roll-out of new world beating products and regular upgrades to existing technologies. Accordingly we have moved rapidly to recruit additional talented staff in the areas of technology development and product support but anticipate the benefit of this investment to show through in future years.

"2011 saw the successful integration of Netcallidus, the SEO agency which we acquired in 2010 and moved quickly to integrate into dotSearch. Following the full integration and the strong revenue contribution by dotSearch, last month we negotiated an early end to the earn-out much to our satisfaction and that of the Netcallidus vendors.

"Whilst our delivery platform, dotMailer, shows unabated growth in customer numbers, with an average of 140 new customers signing up per month in the current financial year, we continue to move briskly in the development of products which can integrate immediately into this platform. We have reported in the past year on our survey product under development which once launched, will be complementary to the services which dotMailer provides to customers thus providing the survey product with a well paved, low cost route to market.

"Our sector offers multiple opportunities to grow through acquisition and we shall be exploring this in the year ahead. However our focus on sustainable organic growth remains central to our business plan and this will be achieved through ever better marketing of our ever evolving products and services."
