2 May 2014 Doriemus Plc ("Doriemus" or the "Company") Funding Doriemus Plc is pleased to announce that the Company has raised £500,000through the subscription for 500,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company(the "Subscription Shares") at a price of 0.10 pence per Subscription Share(the "Subscription Price") by a new institutional investor (the"Subscription"). The Subscription is conditional only upon admission of theSubscription Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and has been carried outwithin the Company's share authorities. Furthermore, each Subscription Sharecarries a half warrant which entitles the holder to subscribe for one newordinary share in the Company for every one full warrant held at 0.11 pence pershare up to 2 May 2015. The net proceeds of the Subscription will strengthen the Company's balancesheet and provide working capital for the Company to investigate acquisitionand investment opportunities in accordance with the Company's investing policy. The Subscription Shares will represent 9.54% of the enlarged issued sharecapital of the Company. Application has been made for the Subscription Sharesto be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that Admission willoccur on 12 May 2014. Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise5,239,999,998 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares intreasury.
