9 November 2012 TEP Exchange Group PLC ("TEP" or "the Company") Dividend Timetable
On 20 June 2012, TEP announced that the Directors proposed to pay an interim dividend of 0.03p per share following approval of a Capital Reduction by the Court. Court approval was received on 8 August 2012 and the parent company's interim financial results for the eight month period ended 31 August 2012 were filed with the Registrar of Companies as required by section 838 (6) of the Companies Act 2006 on 5 November 2012. Accordingly, the board of TEP has today recommended an interim dividend of 0.03p. The proposed timetable for the payment of this interim dividend is as follows:
Ex-dividend date: 21 November 2012 Record date: 23 November 2012 Payment date: 20 December 2012
