Directorate Change 

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the 'Company' or the 'Group') today announces that Kevin Higgins, Non-executive Director, is to step down from the Board.

Kevin has served on the Board since September 2014 after a 20 year career in branded consumer foods in both Europe and the US. He has chaired the Remuneration Committee of the Board since 2014. Stella David will become chair of the Remuneration Committee effective from 2 August 2021.

Kevin will step down on 8 September 2021 when his current term in office expires.
