Director's shareholding

The Company has today been informed that on 25 June 2015, Sir William Wells, non-executive director, purchased 300,000 shares at a price of 8p per ordinary share. Following this purchase Sir William holds 1,620,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
