The Company was notified on the 20th July 2012 that Sir William Wells, a director of Dods, had purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 4.75 pence per share. Following the transaction, Sir William Wells in now interested in 250,000 shares representing 0.1% of Dods' issued share capital.
