Transaction in Own shares and Total Voting Rights

Transfer of shares out of treasury

In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:

6,544 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its Dunelm Group Approved Share Option Plan.

The highest price paid for a share was £0.46

The lowest price paid for a share was £0.46.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 592,050 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares. There are 200,199,350 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Total voting rights

In conformity with R 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that following the transfer of shares out of treasury referred to above, the Company's issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares is 200,199,350, with voting rights. There are 592,050 ordinary shares in treasury. The issued share capital above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
