NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified by Nick Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer, that on 2nd March 2021 he exercised 22,697 nil cost options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company. These options were granted to him on 28th February 2018 under the terms of the Long Term Incentive Plan. Mr Wilkinson has sold 10,700 ordinary shares at a price of 1286p per share to fund the tax and national insurance due in respect of this exercise. Mr Wilkinson will retain the balance of the shares in accordance with the shareholding guidelines set out in the approved Remuneration Policy.
Total interests in shares
Following the transaction set out above, Mr Wilkinson is beneficially interested in 125,749 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company, 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
