NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Dunelm has been notified that on 7 December 2023 Sir Will Adderley, Deputy Chairman, made the following disposals of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company to persons closely associated with him:

The disposals were made by way of gift for nil consideration. Lady Nadine Adderley is Sir Will Adderley's wife. The Stoneygate Trust is a private charitable trust of which Sir Will Adderley and Lady Nadine Adderley are trustees but not beneficiaries. In light of his status as a trustee of the Stoneygate Trust, Sir Will Adderley is deemed to retain a legal interest in shares held by the trust, as an indirect holding.
Following the transactions above, the interests of Sir Will Adderley and persons closely associated with him in the Company's ordinary shares are as set out below:

His beneficial interest has reduced by 1,000,000 shares (0.49%) to 74,231,779 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (36.76% of the Company's total voting rights), including 11,000,000 shares held by his wife Lady Nadine Adderley.
