NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 16 October 2015, Andy Harrison, the Chairman, purchased 53,433 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 928.8 pence per share.

Mr Harrison's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 53,433 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
