Dunelm GroupΒ plcΒ (the 'Company')Β hasΒ posted itsΒ annual report and financial statements for the year endedΒ 4 JulyΒ 2009 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements')Β to shareholders along with the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relatesΒ is to be held at TheΒ Hilton Hotel, Junction 21 Approach, Braunstone, Leicester LE19 1WQ 10.30Β am onΒ Thursday 12 November 2009.
Two copies of the Annual Report andΒ Financial Statements and Notice ofΒ Meeting have beenΒ submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial ServicesΒ Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14 5HS.
