Transaction in own shares

On 19 June 2015, Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC bought back 224,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 309.7695 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled. 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises 20,644,062 issued ordinary shares and no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 20,644,062 and this figure may be used by investors as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
