REPLACEMENT - DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The Dividend Declaration released at 5.30 p.m. on 28 December 2011 under RNS number 6991U contained an incorrect web address for the quarterly fact sheet posted on the Company's website. The below announcement contains corrected web address and replaces the previous announcement in its entirety.
Overview
Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (LSE:DNA2) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company which is listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
Declaration of Dividend
In line with the Distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared a first interim dividend of 2.00 pence per Ordinary Preference Share for the financial period ending 31 March 2012. As advised within the Distribution policy the interim dividend has been pro-rated to reflect the lease rental received.
This dividend will be payable on or around 20 January 2012 to holders on record 6 January 2012. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 January 2012.
Future dividend payments are anticipated to be declared and paid on a quarterly cycle and as per the Prospectus are targeted at 3.00 pence per Ordinary Preference Share per quarter prior to acquisition of the third asset subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Investment Objectives and Policy
The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft (the "Assets").
To pursue its investment objective, DNA2 will seek to use the net proceeds of placings and other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities to initially acquire Airbus A380-800 aircraft which will be leased to one or more major airlines. The first and second aircraft have now been acquired and leased, and the third aircraft is expected to be acquired by June 2012 or earlier.
The Company aims to provide Shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income, from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
