Proposed fund raising by way of issue of C shares

Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company is proposing, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, a further issue of equity securities, to be completed by the end of March 2012. The Company is proposing to issue C shares, convertible into ordinary shares in accordance with their rights as described in the Company's prospectus dated 30 June 2011. The proceeds of such an issue would be used, in conjunction with additional debt financing to be obtained by the Company, to purchase additional Airbus A380 aircraft which would be leased in accordance with the Company's stated investment policy.
