DIVIDEND DECLARATION - CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARE

Overview

Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (LSE:DNA2/DN2C) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Declaration of Dividend

In line with the Distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared a first interim dividend of 0.75 pence per Convertible Preference Share for the financial period ending 31 March 2013.

This dividend will be payable on or around 9 November 2012 to holders on record 26 October 2012. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 24 October 2012.

In line with the Distribution policy if the sixth and seventh Assets have been acquired prior to declaration of the dividend it is anticipated the dividend for the next quarter will increase to 4.125 pence per Convertible Preference Share, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Thereafter dividends are expected to be targeted at 4.5 pence per Convertible Preference Share per quarter, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Investment Objectives and Policy

DNA2's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft (the "Assets").

To pursue its investment objective, DNA2 will seek to use the net proceeds of placing's and other equity capital raisings (including the C Share issue), together with debt facilities (or instruments), to initially acquire Airbus A380 aircraft which will be leased to one or more major airlines. Four aircraft have now been acquired and leased to Emirates.

The Company aims to provide Shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income, from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
