DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Overview

Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (LSE:DNA2, LEI: 213800ENH57LLS7MEM48) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Declaration of Dividend

In line with the distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of 4.50 pence per Ordinary Preference Share for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 in respect of the previous quarter.

This dividend will be paid gross on or around 31 October 2024 to holders of record on 25 October 2024. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 24 October 2024.

Future dividend payments are anticipated to be declared and paid on a quarterly cycle as per the prospectus, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Investment Objectives and Policy

The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft.

In the pursuit of its investment objective the Company has used the net proceeds of placings and other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities (or instruments), to acquire seven Airbus A380-861, aircraft each leased on twelve year terms to Emirates Airline, the national carrier owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Company aims to provide shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
