Retirement of Board Director

Derwent London plc confirms that, as part of its continuing process of Board refreshment, which saw the appointment of Richard Dakin in August 2013, John Ivey retired from his position as a non-executive Director of the Company on 31 December 2013. 

John was Chairman of the Company until the merger with London Merchant Securities plc in 2007 and since then, he has served as Deputy Chairman. Throughout these many years the Board has benefitted from his wise counsel and his commitment and contribution have been greatly valued and appreciated.
