Direct Line Insurance Group plc ("Direct Line")

Directorate Changes

Further to the announcement on 23 June 2025 outlining intended Direct Line board changes, following a Board meeting held on 26 June 2025, Direct Line confirms that the individuals listed as prospective directors in the 23 June announcement have now been formally appointed as directors of Direct Line, subject to, and with effect from, the scheme of arrangement to implement Aviva's acquisition of Direct Line becoming effective.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rules ("UKLR"), the details of all directorships held by those individuals in other publicly quoted companies at any time in the previous five years are as follows:
