FULL YEAR ANNOUNCEMENT DATE
De La Rue plc (LSE: DLAR) ("De La Rue" or the "Company") today announces that following joint regulatory guidance from the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), the FRC (Financial Reporting Council) and the PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority) regarding reporting timeframes in the current environment, it will release its audited financial results for the full year on 17 June 2020, rather than 27 May 2020, as previously indicated.
This date has been agreed in consultation with the Company's auditors, Ernst & Young LLP. Further details on the Company's Turnaround Plan, including an update on financing options, will be communicated with the full year results.
In view of the updated schedule for the Company's audited financial results, the Company will not be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 July 2020. An update on the AGM will be issued in due course.
The Board of De La Rue confirms that there is no change to the Trading Update issued by the Company on 31 March 2020.
