Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces that options have today been granted under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme") which create a change in the interests in the ordinary shares of 44152/175p in the capital of the Company of Clive Vacher and Rob Harding, each an Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company.
The options granted under the Sharesave Scheme have an option price of 112.43p and the number granted to each of the PDMRs is detailed below:
