("De La Rue" or the "Company")

Block Listing and Additional Listing Applications

De La Rue announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 44 152/175p each in the Company. The ordinary shares will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under The De La Rue Sharesave Plan 2022.

In addition, an application has been made to the FCA and LSE for the admission of 598 ordinary shares of 44 152/175p each in connection with The De La Rue Sharesave Plan 2022.

Such new ordinary shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all effects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will commence on or around 28 February 2024.
