Update on West Derby Project

 

 

The board would like to inform shareholders that the West Derby project in North West England is still on schedule for completion in August of this year.

 

The contractors are working on site and within the government's guidelines with regards to the COVID-19 situation and we believe they have adequate supplies available for the following months.

 

We hope to have some updated photos of the development up on our website as soon as reasonably possible.

 

We remain in close contact with the architects and contractors with regards to the COVID-19 situation and will update if we are informed of any potential change to Government advice with regards to construction sites.
