In the Company's announcement dated 4 December 2012 it was announced that Richard Stuckes purchased 2,085 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company, thereby holding a total of 26,263 shares representing 0.082% of the total issued share capital. The announcement should have stated that Mr Stuckes purchased 2,805 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company, thereby holding a total of 26,983 shares representing 0.084% of the total issued share capital.
