The Company has been notified that Richard Stuckes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,870 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £9.15 per share today, 13 November 2013.

Following this transaction Richard Stuckes now holds a total of 37,853 ordinary shares, representing 0.117% of the issued share capital of the Company. For information, some of Richard Stuckes' shareholding is held through a nominee company, L R Nominees Limited.

This notification was received by the Company today, 13 November 2013 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
