Further to the audited results announcement made on 8 March 2016, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do:
1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015;
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Tuesday 26 April 2016;
3. Proxy Form for the AGM to be held on 26 April 2016; and
4. Notice of availability letter.
The Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and the Notice of AGM 2016 can also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.
The additional information required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, was included in the Company's results announcement on 8 March 2016.
