Drilling Update

Dzheitune (Lam) C/173 well tested at initial rate of 2,918 barrels of oil per day

Dragon Oil plc (Ticker: DGO), an international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, publishes the results of successful completion and initial testing for the Dzheitune (Lam) C/173 development well.

The Dzheitune (Lam) C/173 well was completed as a dual producer to a depth of 3,015 metres. The well tested for initial production at the short string at 1,294 barrels of oil per day ("bopd") with the long string testing at 1,624 bopd. The combined initial flow rate is 2,918 bopd. The drilling rig has skidded to the next slot and spudded the Dzheitune (Lam) C/175 well.
