Dragon Oil plc
A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 1,708,200 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.10 each, in the capital of Dragon Oil plc ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 11 March 2015.
These shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the 2009 Share Option Scheme.
