The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 7 March 2024 at 15:44 under RNS No. 0551G.
Due to an administrative error, the previous version of the announcement included incorrect references to the number of options over American Depositary Shares in Diageo plc exercised and sold by John Kennedy of 18,514; 23,373; and 18,743. These figures should have been 2,314; 4,742; and 14,525 respectively.
All other details remain unchanged.
