("the Company")
Grant of shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan")
DFS Furniture Plc announces the following transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.10 ("Shares") took place on 20th October 2023. The Executive Directors of DFS Furniture Plc have today been granted conditional share awards in the Company, under the DFS Furniture Plc Deferred Bonus Plan ("the Plan").
The awards granted under the Plan are structured as options with a nil exercise price over a number of shares (the "Deferred Awards").
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Deferred Awards.
Details of the share awards under the Deferred Bonus Plan are as follows:
