("DF Capital" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH) announces the issuance of awards under the terms of the Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc Performance Share Plan ("PSP"). The PSP award will vest three years from the date of grant, at no cost to the participant, in accordance with the rules of the PSP, provided that the participant remains in employment of the Group at the vesting date and subject to performance conditions having been met. Vesting of the award is subject to Return on Allocated Capital, Earning per Share, loan book growth and risk performance-related performance conditions. Further details of the performance conditions will be published in the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The number of shares shown below represents the potential maximum if all the performance conditions are achieved in full.
