Open Offer Timetable Extension
Introduction
The Board of Desire announces an extension to the Open Offer timetable as announced on 9 December 2009. The extension is primarily to allow for the safe receipt of documentation sent during the holiday period. All other details set out in the Prospectus dated 9 December 2009 remain unchanged.
Updated timetable of principal remaining events
Each of the times and dates set out below and mentioned in this announcement and the Prospectus may be adjusted by the Company, in which event details of the new times and dates will be announced, where appropriate. References to a time of day are to London, U.K. time.
