12 April 2013 - The Director's share dealing announcement released on 12 April 2013 at 07:00am under RNS No 1907C has been amended to reflect the additional shares subscribed to by Julian Cazalet in a placing by the Company which was announced on 18 January 2013.

Director's share dealings

Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), which measures blood flow in real time enabling fluid level optimisation to enhance recovery after surgery and in intensive care, announces that Julian Cazalet a non-executive Director, notified the Company yesterday, that on 11 April 2013 he purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 14.75 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Julian Cazalet owns 4,030,882 ordinary shares representing 2.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
