19 June 2014 - Deltex Medical Group (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring, announces that it has been notified that Paul Mitchell, Finance Director transferred a total of 86,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his Self Invested Personal Pension on 18 June 2014. This was effected by way of a sale of 86,750 Ordinary Shares held by Paul Mitchell at a price of 10.50 pence per Ordinary Shares. His pension fund then purchased 86,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.55 pence per Ordinary Shares.

As a result of this transaction, Paul Mitchell's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 352,831 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
