Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in Oesophageal Doppler Monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has received notification that on 12 June 2017 its Chairman, Nigel Keen, transferred 1,996,186 Ordinary Shares into The Imperialise Limited Pension Fund at a price of 4.0p per Ordinary Share. Nigel Keen is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains 26,193,780 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 8.82% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
