Deltex Medical Group PLC29 June 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc Grant of options Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or "Company"), the UK's leadinghaemodynamic monitoring company, today announces that the Board has approved theissue of share options to Andy Hill, Chief Executive, and Ewan Phillips, FinanceDirector, under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMIScheme"). This scheme allows the directors concerned to sacrifice theirentitlement to cash bonuses in return for share options at the nominal value of1p per share.
