Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified that certain of its current employees have acquired a total of 66,786 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 66,786 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 9 June 2011.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 131,981,844.
