Deltex Medical Group PLC22 May 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc Additional Listing Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 21 May 2007 thatcertain of its European distributors have acquired 800,000 ordinary shares of 1peach at a price of 17.50 pence per share as the result of the exercise of anoption over 800,000 shares granted on 15 December 2005. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on the AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issuedshares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 25 May 2007.
