Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that that Sylvia Kerrigan, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") recently transacted in ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as set forth below.
Ms. Kerrigan acquired through the market 1,020 Ordinary Shares at an average price of $11.50 USD per Ordinary Share on September 27, 2024. Following this purchase, Ms. Kerrigan is now interested in 3,181 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
