2008 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM
DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD), the 3D software and content company (the "Company") announces that on Friday May 22nd, it posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2008. The Company also posted a circular containing a Notice of AGM convening the AGM to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 16 June 2009 at 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ (the "Circular"). Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Circular may be requested directly from the Company and are also available at the Company's registered office, 22 Melton Street, London NW1 2BW and may be downloaded from the Investor section of the Company's website at www.DDD.com.
