Shareholders are advised that DiamondCorp's annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007 have been posted to shareholders. Deloitte & Touche LLP audited the results and the annual financial statements and their report is available for inspection at the registered offices of the Company. The annual financial statements are available on the Company's website at www.diamondcorp.plc.uk.  

Notice of the Annual General Meeting The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders together with the annual financial statements and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held at 11:00 am on 4 July 2008, at offices of DiamondCorp plc, First Floor, Georgian House, 63 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5BB to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
