In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Dairy Crest Group plc hereby notifies the market that on 30 June 2008 the total number of voting rights in the company is 133,059,242 and the total number of shares in issue is 133,059,242. No shares are held in treasury.
