Office of Fair Trading21 September 2006 Merger Update: The OFT has accepted hold separate undertakings given by Dairy Crest Group plcunder section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are withoutprejudice to the OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition byDairy Crest Group plc of certain assets of Arla Foods UK plc (doorstep anddepot-based middle ground milk business).
