Dairy Crest Group PLC22 June 2007 22 June 2007 Dairy Crest Group plc ("Dairy Crest")Dairy Crest Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") On 21 June 2007 Dairy Crest made awards of shares in the company to threeDirectors as below: M Allen 12,816A S N Murray 11,860P W Thornton 8,807 In accordance with the rules of the DBP these share awards have been made for anil price consideration in lieu of payment of a cash bonus due to the awardeesin respect of the financial year 2006/07. The number of shares awarded has beencalculated by reference to the closing market price of 707p on 20 June 2007. Theshares will be held by the Trustees of the Dairy Crest ESOP as nominee untilthey fully vest in 3 years time, subject to the awardee remaining employed byDairy Crest during that period.
