Long Term Incentive Share Plan ('LTISP')
The Company has allocated additional options to participants in the LTISP, including the executive directors listed below. The following options were allocated on 10 February at a price of 218 pence per share being the reinvestment of the interim dividend for 2008/09 declared on shares already awarded under the LTISP.

M Wilks 4,105
Exercise of awards under the LTISP is subject to the achievement of performance conditions over three year performance cycles.
Following these allocations the total number of LTISP options currently outstanding for each director is as follows:
M Allen 289,772
A S N Murray 281,067
M Wilks 104,927
Notification of these awards was made to directors on 10 February 2009.
